Queue barrier fence

Here is a new mesh for a queue barrier that is often used at airports, banks and similar. There are 7 possible versions of this fence, as shown on images. The GUIDs used for these fences are from Championship belts, because fences don't conflict with other objects regarding GUIDs (explained here, also tested) so it is possible to have all fences and Championship belts in the game. Fences are compatible with basegame and were created by cloning "InvisBarrier Fencing in Ether" glass fence. Files are named according to the colors, first the color of the post, and then of tape. Eg a fence with black post and red tape is named QueueBarrierBlackRed, while the one with grey post and teal tape is named QueueBarrierGreyTeal.
