This neighborhoods is the perfect respite for Sims that want highway access to the big city, but still yearn for the charms of small town life. A grand avenue for lots of shops, several subdivisions for all sized lots and coast line spots to enjoy beach days along the sound are all available in this hood. If you want a cozy costal save file, Fair Isle is for you!

This is a map file directly from the Sim City 4 import. It does not include any of the lots shown in the Upload photos. The photos are meant to give an example of size and scale of potential lots that can be placed in the neighborhood once you open it in TS2.
