A pretty straight forward lot, not much to explain! It's a simple laundromat themed after the Sunnyside Blvd. street residentials on Sunset Valley, made sure almost everything fit nicely with the other lots.

Now not only Twinbrook will have it's own laundromat! Perfect for those looking for enhancing onto their sim's daily life with a spin. I made my best of efforts to make it look Maxis-made, only requires Ambitions. CC free!

Recommended Location
I recommend placing this lot on Sunnyside Blvd. (the same street the Roomies and Working Friends live) on Sunset Valley, as it was designed around those lots in mind. But feel free to place it anywhere else!
