This is the starter home version of the San Pedro. It needs finishing work done to it (mainly the deck), but it is affordable to a young newlywed couple starting out with $40K. A lot of house and furnishings for the money.

Any house posted by me has been played in, so you will not come across anything that will not work (other than applicances breaking down) or that the gardener cannot tend to.

Note: F is my code to indicate the house is furnished.
