I'm proud to offer under the line Workplace® the new Simchard Co.
This new release of workplace, (community lot based) is a factory buiding where your sims can spend time making candy for pleasure or to sell.
It has personel rooms and a little cafeteria.

Tech data
_The lot is a packed file. To install unzip and then execute.
_ This lot was made having University EP. Having or not, you can try.
_ Don't contain hacks. The lot was made using the moveobjects cheat.
_The lot contains some of my custom walls and grounds.
_ I also used the "Buyable Reward Object collections for University " collection packs made by twojeffs, and "Community items in residential lot" made by loba. The rest are game standars.
