Create your own pool house design around this pool room. Under 20k simoleans. A 3x3 lot, with a large, open room that has a glass wall to the pool. You need the wall-windows from: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthre...highlight=walls
Otherwise only Maxis content and no hacks.
Convert it to a community lot or have your lucky sims live here.
Please do not upload to pay sites, as I intend this to be free to everyone. I DO give permission for this to be used as a set in movies, as long as you include ModTheSims2 in the movie credits. And have fun!
