University - Large Lot - $160
Since Autumn is just around the corner I decided to make a lot that
reflects the beauty of the changing season. This is a 2 story house
(2bdrm/2bath suites) with full basement 1 bdrm/1bath apartment.
If this lot was in the real world, it would be perfect for keeping
the lookie-lues from envading your privacy. The only way you could
get access to the main grounds is via the entry house'elevator. The
main grounds features a beauitful waterfall pond where your sims can
take a dip or just relax on the small island. There's a barn for their
horses and a hiding trail that leads to a picnic area above the falls.

The lot is partly furnished (worried about file size especially with zip files) no decorations like pictures and stuff. Plus, if you're
anything like me, you'll change a lot of things anyway.

One of these days I'm going to get a photo shop program and learn how
to make my own custom content to share with you, but until than,
I happy using the wonderful objects that are offered on this site.
