Would you test this for me please?

Made with Milkshape and SimPE v0.48c, it has it's own unique (registered) GUID, is compatable with ALL games and is colour enabled.

Polygon Count: 296 (= VERY low )

This is an LED moving message machine for your Community Lots. Designed with shops/Bars/Clubs in mind, it is also available in Residential for a funky Bedroom/Appartment accessory. I always wanted one of these, so I made one for my Sims to play with.

This object uses the animated texture technique pioneered by JWoods (, thanks!) and comes with TWO messages.....

as well as six case colours. The default ones are 'Open 24HRS' in a Silver case.


This object can be recoloured to display any message you want (within the limitations of the texture file sizes. It currently uses 32 images (tiled) but could be increased to 128 images giving you a much longer message.

Please do not ask me to make other messages. Please ask one of our many talented recolour artists...I'm sure they would help you out. The animation cells take a LOT of time to make (more than it took me to make the mesh!!, so a quick 'Thank' You and a few stars would be really appreciated!), and I am busy working on new objects and don't have the time to make recolours.

It can be found in Electronics/Small (the telephone icon) in the Residential Catalogue and Miscellaneaous/Electronic in the Community Catalogues. (see pic)

Thanks to Cazkiwi , who pointed out a quick way to make new messages (using the Banner Wizard in PaintShopPro), I have added a new message ....

as a seperate zip file. This is a recolour only so you will need the main file in order for it to work
