Hey again everyone!
Recap:
I've decided to design a series of starter homes for the community here. As well as starter homes I'm going to be doing a few more in the §30,000 limit for larger families on lower budgets. All of my house will be custom content free to avoid any hacks transferring to your game. Feel free to add what you like...you'll probably find that they are cheaper with custom stuff anyway.


This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and there is no custom content.


Starter House No.2 - Suburban Shack [this one was kinda only accidentally a starter home - I was aiming for the below §30,000 mark!]
Cost: §19,891
Bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 single/nuresry
Bathrooms: 1 medium sized

As you enter the house, there is a small hallway divided from the rest of the room by half walls. Here you can find a computer, desk + chair.
The is fitted with:
6 countertops (1 corner, 3 used, leaving 2 useable)
1 food processor
1 microwave (the cheap one)
1 kitchen sink
1 cooker
1 fridge
1 table
3 dining chairs

The living room is open plan with the kitchen/dining
It contains:
1 sofa
1 armchair
1 tv
1 wall phone
1 bookcase

The master bedroom is off the kitchen/dining and contains:
1 double bed
1 wall mirror
1 wardrobe

The bathroom is fitted with:
1 toilet
1 sink
1 mirror
1 shower tub

There is no garage, but there is a covered drvieway, with the cheap car (in blue)
