It will show up on your Adult Sim and not the Elder Sim however in the preview section of "Age" in bodyshop it shows on the Elder only. =/
I am working on getting both ages modified but as of now just the Adult Sim can use this hair.

Feel free to recolor but please credit me for the Mesh if you use it on another site.
You may need the recolor I made that this goes with in order for it to show up.
