HEAVEN-SENT 27th Jan 2012 11:30 AM

watching 90210 and waiting for my girlfriend to text and tell me what time she finshes college

cupcake12winx 27th Jan 2012 9:19 PM

Writing up a storm. I've unintentionally dug myself into a massive plot hole that I'm trying desperately to climb out of. Basics of the hole: everything up till now (80 pages) has all been a complete LIE, so now I need to explain away every damn major thing that happened in those 80 pages, and everything is contradicting. But this is the direction I want my story to go, so it has to be done...

I'm a terrible writer for this, aren't I? Then again, I can't be too terrible because at least I'm trying to fill in the hole... right?

Phoeberg 28th Jan 2012 11:26 AM

Trying to figure out how this phone works. My brother has had yet another new phone, so he thoughtfully offered me his old one (I always thought younger siblings were supposed to get the hand-me-downs, not the older ones)...no idea how to do anything with it. I might have to revert to my phone.

cupcake12winx 28th Jan 2012 7:35 PM

Whew. Got the plot hole solved, mostly.. now comes an epic battle between mother and daughter!

...Well, not that epic.

I'm off to find some breakfast of some form.

alyash94 29th Jan 2012 1:30 AM

Watching the NHL ASG skills competition.

The Raven 29th Jan 2012 5:21 PM

Just turned on my iTunes and what song plays?

"Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley. I just got Rick-Rolled by iTunes.

cupcake12winx 29th Jan 2012 8:09 PM

Going to attempt to begin the fifth part of my story. Luckily I don't have to think up any elaborate ways to bring the Greek gods into the story just yet... because I have no clue how I'm supposed to do that.

Geah 30th Jan 2012 5:57 AM

I'm sorting some stuff in my room out, including all the documents from my filing cabinet that desperately needed organising.

Our next-door neighbour just gave us a big bag of plums! Yum! I only wish I knew how to make plum jam!

cupcake12winx 30th Jan 2012 6:53 AM

Just revised my buying plans for February (and therefore all months up till July...) and now my vision is really blurry when I look away from the screen. I think that means it's bedtime.

Goodnighty!

Rabid 30th Jan 2012 3:36 PM

Heading to class! It's the first day of the second semester.

minus. 30th Jan 2012 6:48 PM

Just finished my dinner, now I'm wondering what to do (i.e. what to study). I love how the whole house is like "fuck exams."

Nixxy245 30th Jan 2012 8:09 PM

Studying. Or something similar to that.

Applying for a bucket load of receptionist positions and wishing I had opted to go to university this year rather than next.

cupcake12winx 31st Jan 2012 3:47 AM

Pretty much just counting down the hours till I can order stuff.

Yeah, I have no life. Oh well.

Thought about going for waitressing jobs as well? Much more fun than answering phones all day more jobs to choose from then too!

I am waiting for the evening to make an appearance so I can get ready for tonight. Can't believe it's been three years already!

For me, sitting behind a desk answering phones all day is much better than dealing with irritable, idiotic patrons in restaurants. I've worked in hospitality before and it was awful, so I'm doing everything in my power find a job before I have to resort to waitressing. Honestly, being a waitress would be one of the worst jobs possible, and I feel I should make productive use of my 100 wpm typing speed.

I only had a few annoying customers when I was working at the hotel last year. I found it fun because of all the lovely people I got to meet from all over the world. That and the night hours suited me to a T, and getting fed on the job so I never had to worry about making or buying food to bring with me. It's a good job to have if you want to improve your people skills and confidence, it did amazing things for my confidence; I am not the shy and reserved person I once was. Anyway, I say take whatever job there is available, and then while you're working one job keep looking around for other work. No point knocking paying work, unless it's a disreputable establishment of course.

I am getting changed... love of my life will be here sooon night girlies!

lethifold 31st Jan 2012 7:47 AM

I have a good amount money, and I don't need the job, but I would like to have a bit more cash on hand and I need something to fill up my days with, so I can afford to be a bit picky. Ever since my first job where I was verbally abused (very aggressively, I might add) as a waitress, I've sworn off it for good. I'm not about to go back to putting up with that crap. I'm a very confident person when it comes to meeting new people, and I don't need to be treated like crap by asshole customers to improve my confidence, and my people skills are quite good when they need to be. I'm just really not willing to subject myself to the abuse I got whilst working as a waitress anytime soon.

I'm trying to find something nice to cook for dinner and drinking my eleventh cup of tea for the day. When I'm home alone, I barely eat and turn primarily to a tea-only diet. Something tells me it isn't too good for me...

minus. 31st Jan 2012 11:43 AM

Trying to warm up with a cup of tea.

thedivineone 31st Jan 2012 6:29 PM

Helping a friend on her journey to the glorious land of Skype. Why must I have technologically impaired friends?

cupcake12winx 31st Jan 2012 9:48 PM

I just let out the funniest "ah!" sound I've ever heard. Why? My person on Animal Crossing got a funny looking hairstyle.

I'm listening to Italian MLP music and playing Animal Crossing.

minus. 31st Jan 2012 10:30 PM

Reading up on the Myers-Briggs Personality Types. You girls ever heard of those? I did a test, too, and the results are freakishly accurate.

lethifold 1st Feb 2012 1:33 AM

minus. I studyied the Myers-Briggs Personality Types last year in my psychology class and everyone got ridiculously accurate results. It was a bit weird, but really fascinating.

Geah 1st Feb 2012 5:47 AM

Had the best night last night I do love being in love

I just got home from spending the entire day at the ambulance station doing a first aid course. I now (finally) have my first aid certificate! Yay!

lethifold 1st Feb 2012 10:40 AM

I'm working on a post for my blog. I'm really enjoying working on it and updating frequently, and it feels like a much more productive use of my time compared to tumblr.
