I am noticing a pattern that whenever I bring toddlers to the park, a police officer is typically present at some point.

This is somewhat old but I came across this when panning the camera around and took some screenshots wondering what was going on. It seems like they are outcasting her for some reason, perhaps something that she did and she crossed the line or something. In any case, it seems clear that the four women stand united against her, lol. And the one wearing white and red appears to be the ring leader of whatever this is; she could be a bully as well.

N.B. Unless the bathing machine also functions like a Tardis, it is unlikely Lucy and Nobby would ever spend a day on the beach in modern day Sunset Valley (which would be certain to elicit comment) but there was nowhere suitable in Nantrelor to try this out.

Here are some old screenshots I think I haven't posted.

New poster and new to the site as a user, but very familiar with the site as a whole.

I figure I would share some of my creation photos, as I want to eventually upload as much of my creations for everyone to use. I love to build, and while I do have a small family in game, my main love for this game is building, renovating, adding on to buildings, repurposing old buildings to new ones, etc. I cannot wait to share the dozens upon dozens of creations I have. I have an array of schools, apartment buildings, pools, fitness centers, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, etc. I'm even working on a very large casino like resort that will take me a year or so but it will be worth it.









Here are some teasers. The first is one of my brand new elementary schools, at near completion in August, in Aurora Skies. The next 3 are in Sims University, and I used the land across the way to add more lots, and I'm currently building an array of dorms, apartments, commercial units and a mix of all 3 on about 7 lots across the strip, and 2 just across the road as well. You can see one of the older dormitory buildings in my pictures that I renovated the exterior and interior a year or so back.

When I first needed a job, I worked at the one place I could because I had family already working there and everyone knew me; Red Lobster. I worked in a canadian location, so my designs for the restaurant are inspired by that, but I have many variations I've been working on.

I worked at a location that was known as a 'Ponderosa remake'. Some of you may remember Ponderosa Streakhouse in the US a lot more. In Canada, a majority of them closed in the 80s. General Mills, who owned Red Lobster at the time, decided this was a good idea to expand Red Lobster in Canada. Red Lobster did have a few original build locations in Canada, but majority of them are ponderosa takeovers. At the height they had about 80 or so restaurants, and today now down to 27.

This first build I will share with you is an example of a ponderosa remake, but with a sunroom expansion. The one I worked at had a 'new room' expansion, which was built to the right usually of the restaurant. In this one, the sunroom is on the left. I built it to specs based on my visit to this particular location and my knowledge of the one I worked at, minus the 'sunroom' kitchen part because I've never seen the back kitchen of one with this particular expansion.









I repainted this one as well, it used to be the previous yellow cream colour with blue stripes. I made the signs myself using other painting templates.

Hey again, back with another Red Lobster creation of mine!

This one I built in 2012, 12 years ago. This one I built in Bridgeport, and designed it after one I found in the US when trying to look for other designs to build:



That one is based somewhere in Michigan. Here is my variation on it, as I have no clue what the interior actually looks like.

Should I upload some of these to the site? Let me know! This one would be fairly easy, as I was newer to the game and hadn't downloaded a ton of content yet, so most of it is in game content. But my new builds are a lot of custom content, most of you would wonder how the hell I run my game with such high content, I think my game takes about 14 GB on my computer lol.

My last games in Praaven. Maybe I have to fake a war to reduce the population and make the game go faster. Those 20 minutes every time I have to save the game are unbearable. xDD

Thank you! I definitley will be sharing them later on this year hopefully, I just need a new computer lol. I've got tons of properties to share, from the Red Lobsters, to my new project this year of building brand new Starbucks across all my Sims 3 cities, Office buildings, apartments, schools, gyms, etc. I've always wanted to contribute as much as I can.

Here's some more examples of my properties I created. The first is what I call "Motel 8", basically a copy of the Super 8 Motels. The rest are part of a seaside community I built in Elba Village, on Pacific Avenue. One is an indoor apartment, the other 6 townhouses. Not included are the other 6 townhouses, and the 3 other apartments, and the school I built at the end of the community.

I haven't played TS3 in almost 7 years, but I have a lot of pictures I've never shared anywhere. These are from the last time I had it installed.








Many of my families had more pets than humans.

My two main sims in their Halloween costumes trolling in the arcade just before going trick-or-treating. Which we couldn't do because the interaction bugged out and we got stuck in the trick-or-treating situation. >:v

Gradual aging in the Sims 3. Gosh, I miss the HQ mod. My new computer can't handle the HQ mod and keeps throwing Error 12 or CTD. I have to play without it. I wish there was a mod which would turn on the HQ mod in Camera Mode and off in Live Mode.
