...Asrama Modern Tropis Kecil...!!!...it's a request from raitei99...a dormitory !!!...yup...it's my first dormitory though...sooo...it would be a bit different than my other Rumah series...hehehehehehehehehe...you guys can rent it for about $ 27.891...okay okay...i know it so expensive..but it's worth the price...because up to 6 sims can share the room here..the dorm has 3 separate bed room ( 1 with single double bed, 2 with 2 single bed ), i make it separate for the privacy of each sims who live there...hehehehehehehehehe...3 bath room on each bed room, a kitchen plus dining room...a play room and a garage on the first floor...you'll find a pool table and a private music stage on this floor...also...the place got its own swiming pool and jacuzi on the back...so...it's a perfect dorm for your youngstersims...:D...enjoy...!!! :jig: :jig: lalalallalallala...
