This set is all Maxis (except for echo's rug mesh) It contains bedspread, recolor in a warm dark cherry bed that matches Maxis wood in some of their dressers and endtables, chair, sofa, love seat, lamp,curtains,rug, and wallpaper. You can make either a bedroom and sitting room, or a livingroom. By the time I was finished with this, I swear, I had carpel tunnel. It is late now and I am going to hit the hay. lol.
