I hope this sim is okay, I spent the whole day on him and It was really hard!!! >< I hope you can appreciate what I've done cause I never saw the guy's picture until someone requested it.

The outfit was done by me; you need nightlife to have the clothes displayed in the screenshots.
If you don't have nightlife expansion pack, then you can go here to get the mesh...i think.
I'm not sure if it'll work the same, though.
