After I built this house, it reminded me of my friends' house from college (except that they had chickens and a bathtub in the garden). I always felt very peaceful there.

Lilac House is situated on a 3x3 lot and costs 91,982 Simoleons. It is UNFURNISHED, except for kitchens and baths. I'm sure you're all just going to redecorate as soon as you move in anyway

It has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, parlor, sitting room, study, tiny attic and the requisite dreary basement. Oh, and a detached garage, gazebo and fountain for good measure.
