This is a "modern" style house based off of a request that Lorry had for a house in a "U" shape (with a center courtyard). Unfortunately the request was for a 'pergola covering' of the courtyard and I have not yet learned the trick of angled roofs yet! So, I hope this will do!

One side of the "U" includes three generously sized bedrooms (color coded for clarity), the master suite includes sitting area and private bath, while the two smaller bedrooms share a bath. The other side features a formal dining room, formal study and large family/play room, 1/2 bath, and open kitchen. The center of the house is the courtyard with pool, sundeck, garden and BBQ area/spa.

I hope this is what you had in mind, Lorry!!

(I've included two versions of the house, furnished and unfurnished. The unfurnished house SHOULD be non-expansion compatible, unless I've stuck in a window from an expansion and didn't realize.)
