This is the Secret Society for my new campus. I removed all the fun hacked objects so that you could furnish it as you please. Therefore, it's zoned as a community lot. Place it in your Uni neighborhood, decorate and furnish however you wish, then use changelotzoning secretsociety. Save, move it to your Lots bin, and then you should be able to place it as a Secret Society, and it will disappear.
