Another modern home by me. This is a replication of a real 50's style ranch house plan. I think it comes pretty close to the original with the exception that I made it into a split level. I just love the look. And with the vast amounts of modern and retro custom content available out there, you should be able to furnish it rather easily, with pleasing results.

3x3 Lot, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, open living areas, attached garage, pool and hot tub.

The house comes unfurnished and priced at $63K. With tremendous self control, I made the effort to use only maxis stuff, so it requires no custom content. However, it does require all EP's.

It has been tested and is hack free.
