The mankind is still far away from it. But my SIMS have reached it. They have settled the Mars and have founded a colony.

I've built the first building for my mars colony. The name of this building is F4-X01-001 (area: F4, sector X01, building 001).
This is a 4x4 lot and costs 107.700 §.

This house is partially furnished. This house has only one floor. There you can find:

- living room
- kitchen
- 2 bedrooms
- 2 toilets
- 2 bathrooms
- 1 free room for your own configuration
- a garage with car
- a garden with swimming pool
