Er....the fourth lot in a set of three, this'll probably be the last of these. It's a small but still spacious starter home which just sneaks in beneath the 20k barrier.

2x2 lot, 19000. 2 floors with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a large (musician's?) loft and a single-storey annex which is cunningly designed to be converted into a useable garage.

6 custom files included - 1 poured wall, 2 wooden walls, 1 wood floor, 1 door, 1 window, all recolours by me. No hacks!
