Ok this my first building upload be kind lol

Should be perfect for a career Sim or childless couple, however there is scope to fill in the upper floor if you wanted a second bedroom (spoils the open plan feel tho so i left it as an option). Has a built in garage so requires NL EP, apart from that no other custom content needed.
