Hi guys

This house will set your sims back by $68,000 and the house is lightly - mediumly furnished.

Ground floor:

[1] Kitchen
[2] Garage
[3] 1/2 Bathroom
[4] Spare room (small)
[5] Living room
[6] Covered porch (front of house)

First floor:

[1] 3 Bedrooms
[2] Open area above living room

Problems I had:

[1] I couldn't get the stairs right
[2] The garage took ages to find a solution to. I got messed up, and i noticed when I was finishing the house
[3] The roof. I couldn't get it to look like the one requested.
