I used a picture of a real eye to make this set. If you look close in-game, you can see the reflection of eyelashes on the top of the iris.
The model in the pic is wearing the original eye that I recolored and used for the whole set.
Inside the Zip, each file is numbered according to the picture below (I know they're in a weird order in the pic, but that's the order I made them in *-*). That way, you can install the colors you want, if you don't want them all. (91 = 1, 92 = 2, etc.) And as with all my eyes, please check them out in-game rather than in BodyShop, to see them at their best.
