As requested here is a residential version of my cooper village community lot. (located on my profile page) It has basically the same layout but is on a 2x2 lot. It has a spacious living area, a kitchen and dining room, a double bedroom, a single room with 2 beds and a bathroom. Outside you will find a swimming pool and patio area.

The home would suit a family with children, or maybe as a letting property on the university campus, you can make the single bedroom into a nursey or remove one of the beds for more room. The home can be extended to have a second level, adding stairs in the hallway.
