Family Cottage (3 Bdrm 2 Bthrm)

This is my first upload (and first post!). I'm making a cottage themed neighbourhood and this is the first house I've made.

It's on a 3x3 lot and has;
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 2 Bathrooms
  • Study
  • Kitchen/Dining Room
  • Family Room w/ Fireplace
  • Porch
  • Swingset

Limited landscaping includes dasies at the front of the house and a tree/shrub. A dirt path leading up to the entrance and cute little track marks under the swing set. I'm fairly happy with how this turned out the only problem I have is with the roof, I can't make roofs! I'm never happy with the way they turn out. This house would be perfect for a medium/large family or a couple planning on having a lot of children, I can imagine them growing old and having the grandchildren over to play = D.

Unfortunately there is absolutely no room on this lot for a drive-way (unless somebody wants to move the whole house a few spaces to the right! haha) I don't really use cars and forgot some people might like to.

So there it is. My first cottage themed house. If you guys like it I'll upload the rest as I make them.
