It is simply an island with a small mountain that has the crater of a volcanoe at the top. I thought it looked quite nice, so I thought why not upload it to MTS2.com.
To install this simply extract the contents of the folder within this rar!
This neighborhood require a camera hack to view the whole of it. Here are a few so you dont need to search:
