Heres Tywin Lannister, father of Cersei and Jaime Lannister from A Song of Ice And Fire book series by George R.R. Martin. The Lannister motto is "Hear me roar!", and the banner is a roaring lion.

The armor is a recolour (by me) of the Open for Business suit of armor, with the sideburns an altered recolouration of one of the maxis beards. (he also uses the maxis wrinkle mask)
