Here's a recolor of the long skirt for Young Adults that looks a little more like the stuff you get cheap at the Indian shops in the chic-est college towns. Three gathered tiers, a nice floaty rayon stripe, and your sim is looking oh-so-bohemian!
I've also included two matching tops. The twinset is already a Young Adult/Adult shared mesh, so it will show up in your Adult clothing category. The little peasanty top has a tone-on-tone floral pattern. This shirt will show up only in Young Adults.
