I built this lot because I needed some place to stash all of the dead wood in Pleasantview and I wanted it to be in the base neighborhood. And while I was at it I figured I should make sure that this lot was capable of holding a lot of dead wood. Just in case I happen to go on a cow plant killing spree.

What this lot features:

-Two mausoleums. Each large enough to hold an entire legacy family and then some. (depending on how unlucky you get with the twins of course)

-A large open area on the side for cramming even more tombstones into.

-A barista, grill, toilets, and showers. This lot has everything needed to keep all of your needs up. So your sims can basically camp here for days waiting for those ghosts to pop up.

The coffins in the mausoleums are just there for decoration. Though they may prove handy if your vampire gets caught there at the wrong time of day. And of course you can re-name this lot to whatever neighborhood you decide to plop this lot into.

Lot size is 4x4. This lot has been run through Clean Installer. The only custom content is the gargoyle statues by Gromit. The rest is totally Maxis stuff.
