Requested: Decorative Clothesline

This was requested by Demi4232, a clothesline for your sims.
First attempt was to animate it, always rotated vertically? so it's just decorative now, may revisit the animation when I learn how.
Polycount is a little high, 2550 face and 2575 vertices.
As usual, you may re-colour, distribute this file freely or do what you will with it, but no hosting on paysites, it must remain free.
