not really good quality, but the best i could do.
it replaces the old handheld so if you want the old one back later you'll have to remove the file
its in the buy menu under electronics/entertainment
but if you dont have nightlife i suggest you just buy it from the rack
if you do have nightlife just buy it from the buy menu and put it in your inventory
it doesnt play any video, but theres a screenshot from "Infected" on the screen
