This is my first upload on this site. This house is kind of simple, not really special or anything, but it is a nice match for your sims that want to look wealthy but aren't! The style of architecture is Federal (I think), which you generally see around built around the Colonial era. I chose not to furnish it, only because I wanted to leave that to your imagination --- but I believe that Simnuts101's furniture items would fit beautifully in this home. Enjoy and tell me what you think.


Oh, and by the way, there are no custom items at all.
