'ello again ladies and gentlsims,

Julian here again with yet another wonderful starter home. This one is geared towards the batchlor or batchlorette with a little bit more money.

This is an apartment style or loft over a two car garage. It only has one bedroom but a nice size greatroom and a decent dining room for entertaining a few guests without the bother of all that other space.
