This is a new starter lot for the developing Sigma 09 series of lots. This small, ultramodern design is perfect for bachelors or bachelorettes starting out on their own. Quick rundown:

Thanks to those who showed an interest in my <a href="http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=147367">previous design</a>, I hope this one doesn't disappoint.

Just a short recap for those who missed the previous post: the Sigma 09 series is a collection of ultramodern lots following a futuristic design of my own. These lots are designed with alien sims in mind, though you can use them for any sim. Ideal for creating your own desert alien neighborhood, or adding a futuristic flair to the standard neighborhoods in TS2. More to follow.
