This version of my previous design home uses the same floor plan as Humble Home and expanded upon the idea. This home is fully furnished (with a creative mixture of cheap and some not so cheap items), includes some landscaping, and a carport for one car. The second floor is a luxury retreat for Mummy and Daddy Sim. The master bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and a private deck. The second floor also boasts a study area (computer included) and a private nook for playing chess. This home sleeps six Sims.
