As seen in the opening sequence of the 4th Harry Potter movie: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

The lot includes a family cemetery, the Riddles 4 story mansion, and the guest house that the Riddle's gardener (Frank Bryce) lived in.

The lot is unfurnished except for two fireplaces, a couple counter and some decorative statues in the cemetery.

Possible Ghost Spawns include: Thomas Riddle, Mary Riddle, Tom Riddle, Frank Bryce, and Cedric Diggory. All Ghosts are in Maxis default clothing.
