Recently I uninstalled the Sims 2 on my laptop and reinstalled it without any expansion packs, very little custom content, and no hacks (except Quaxi's nudity deblurrer, which I can't live without, but that doesn't affect this house anyway). I forgot how quickly the game loaded like this -- LOL

Because most of the lots being built now will require that you have every dang EP, I decided my niche might be making lots that don't require any EPs, so I've been pumping them out (lots more at my website).

Here's one. It's a shack -- furnished, lightly, but everything you need to move in is included. It costs just under 20k and anyone can use it, no matter what EPs you have or don't have.

No custom content or hacks. All walls, floors, and terrains made by me.

Perfect starter home for poor or low-life Sims. Includes a shed -- maybe you can put the mother-in-law in there LOL
