This Sim requires a custom mesh, located at RoseSims2.net. The dress does not seem to be actually named, but it's on the third page of the "Clothes" section and the model Sim is holding a whip.

What would pure evil look like if given the chance to thrive? A formless abomination, too terrible to look upon? a being of hellfire and malice, bringing torment to those who dare go near it? Or perhaps deceptively human, normal looking at first glance? The last form would work best for something that wants to spread chaos incognito, and thus Mandy.

The name may ring a couple bells, but judging by the pictures not the right ones. Well you may have been close though, as this is the Mandy of Billy and Mandy fame. This is just the Bleedman version, in which Grim slowly grows fond of Mandy's dark ways and eventually asks for her hand in marriage. Well, whatever passes for marriage when the husband and wife are Death and Evil incarnates. Mandy agrees and becomes a full fledged immortal, standing alongside Death itself as the king and queen of the underworld.

Oh, and they have a couple kids. Don't dwell on that for too long or blood will shoot out of your eyes.
