I haven't shared a new home in awhile so I figured I would share this one with everyone. This one is a modern style home based off a previous floor plan I had used before with a few modifications. Its a 2-story home.

Lot cost comes in at $146,752

Master Bedroom w/ Master bath and seperate Washing and dressing area
2 Bedroom both with own closet areas
