Here's another new upload for your lolita sims.
This is for adult / young adult females.

There are three options for this dress.
Option 1: Red with No blouse
Option 2: Red with Blouse
Option 3: Dark Brown with blouse

All three are included in the .Rar file.

I really like how this one turned out, and it looks really really nice in game. Enjoy.
