Here's another starter house for ya. =)

This is the Doll House No.3, for lack of a better name. It's a small cottage, with one bedroom, two bathrooms, a basement, living room, and a dining room/ kitchen. The basement or the kitchen/dining room can be converted to another bedroom if you'd like. It's on a 3x2 lot, and costs $12,778.

A custom wall/floor set is included in the pack; the Tiny Tiles wall/floor, by Lyran.

I'd LOVE to hear from you all, on what kinds of houses you'd like to see. Bigger? Smaller? Cheaper? More expensive? A certian style? Anything you'd like to see, just let me know.
