Hello everyone This is my first upload to MTS2, though I've been lurking here for a very long time. One of my favorite things to do in this game is make lots - I've made quite a lot in the past, though what didn't get uploaded to the Sims2 Exchange was lost with my recent computer crash

However, in spite of that, I intend to start making lots again and offering them for download here Eventually I'll make some custom walls and whatnot for them, but for now I'm just working with Maxis-Only content.

FEATURES:

  • 3 Bedrooms (Master, plus 2 others decorated as boys and girls rooms.)
  • 2 Bathrooms (Master bath [no tub], primary bath [fully furnished].)
  • Backyard patio with garden trellises and a hottub

  • Kitchen (with door to the back patio)
  • Diningroom
  • Large den / living area with fireplace
  • All rooms, including the front and back yards, have lights already installed.

As with all of my lots - both here and on the Exchange - you may feel free to use them in stories, though I'd appreciate it if you didn't reupload them anywhere.
