I made this house to exercise the skylights, but while I was building it I thought i could make it a starter home. But I was left with a very low budget, so I couldn't place furniture in it. It only has a bed, toilet, shower and a small fridge, so your sims can have the basic stuff in their first days of work.

The house is for 2 persons. The rooms are large for a starter home. Bedroom, Bath, Kitchen and big living-room. So once you earn some money, you can still live in it, it offers you all the comfort you need.
