Here's a little some something for your sims,where they wud definitely love to go to.. A Square on the sea..Yes, you heard me..The lot water is connected to the neighborhood sea.. And that's possible, by the help of niol ( http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=50257 ) I came up w/ this idea to built a community lot on the sea..Hey, dont think twice to try it, you won't lose aything..

Lot Info: 4x3 lot size, $178,980

INSTRUCTION: after downloading, install it to your game.. To come up with the setting just like what is shown on the picture,do this: after you have installed the house, run the game.. and when you've got to the house catalogs, select the house, then simply put it in a spce in your neighborhood w/c is similar to where i've placed mine, it is exactly along the shore,more likely in the blue water village in the OFB EP..Be sure that it is close enough to the shore,if not, you'll come up with the land instead of water..lol..
