The Hill Houseis a fully furnished, well decorated, veronaville style, house.
Although its situated on a small (2X2) lot, no expense was spared in building or furnishing this not so humble abode, and the price tag, at $121735, proves it.
2bedrooms, 3bathrooms, spa, 1car garage.

However, if the Hill House is too expensive for your sim family, please check out the Halfhill House, avalible for under $20000
