Teen, Young Adult and Adult, for Male and Female, all included in the ZIP. The files are sensibly named, for easy identification.

Only male was requested, but every time I do a T-shirt for one gender, someone asks me to do it for the other as well, so I went a head and did both right from the start.
Texture improved. The text has a dark blue dropshadow; it's not a bad cut-out.
