This is a huge lot, costing 365,000 simmilions. So is suitable for only the most decerning (read wealthy!) sim.
As it is so large, it is only partially decorated and furnised- just enough to give an idea for room use.

This gorgeous property includes spacious rooms for entertaining guests, enormous bedrooms, servant's quarters, a covered back courtyard, a double garage, and a lovely landscaped garden (which includes a pond, decorative bridge, and pagoda).

There is no custom content included- all Maxi. I have checked with Clean Installer.
