Another fine Commercial Property in the Venice Project series. Venice Project It is on a 2x3 lot, so it should work well for all.

Jilly Juggs Massage Parlor was a feature of the warehouse district long before the area became trendy. Jilly decided to follow the trend and upgrade toward respectibility. She borrowed money from Jimmy the Shark and has completely revamped the building and put a new sign out front. Of course, sometimes, the more things change, the more they stay the same.
