The Roosevelt is a very pretty lot. It took a couple days to build and it was the last design in my graph paper. It is built on a 5x4 lot and it takes up just about the whole thing. It's features are...

-Sunk-in Pool with Hot-Tub
-Miniature Nature Path in Backyard

I hope you like this home, it should fit all your needs for your typical family. By the way, what I mean by practical luxury is that it looks fancy and it shouldn't slow down your game. The house cost $325,260 and once again worth every penny.
